Use this page to request deletion of a Trofficient account and related personal information. This URL is public for Google Play account deletion requirements.
How To Request Deletion
Send an email to trofficient@gmail.com with the subject line Trofficient Account Deletion Request.
- Include the phone number and email address linked to your Trofficient account.
- Tell us whether the account is a commuter, driver, operator, or admin account.
- If you are a driver or operator, include vehicle, fleet, or company details that help us verify ownership.
What We Delete
- Profile information that is no longer needed for service, safety, fraud prevention, legal, tax, payment, or dispute reasons.
- Saved preferences, non-essential support data, and marketing or waitlist subscription data where applicable.
- Personal account access after the deletion request is verified and processed.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where needed for legal, accounting, safety, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, transport operations, dispute handling, or regulatory obligations. Examples include transaction records, trip records, incident reports, payout records, and security logs.
Processing Time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days after verifying the account holder, unless a longer period is required by law or operational obligations.
